1. What type of properties do you deal with?
We deal only in premium commercial spaces—offices, showrooms, retail outlets—located in Navi Mumbai and select metro pockets.
We work exclusively with curated builders like Akshar, Gami, NMS, and Delta.

2. Do you offer residential leasing or sales?
No. Dhyaan Enterprises is strictly focused on commercial leasing. Residential is not our vertical.

3. Do you work with every builder?
No. We only work with selective builders who meet our standards for construction quality, delivery track record, and long-term asset value.

4. What’s your fee structure?
Our standard leasing commission is:
- 2 months’ rent for full-service leasing
- Or a flat ₹50,000 fee for deal negotiation up to token stage (limited service) Additional documentation or legal support is charged separately.

5. Do I need to sign a mandate to start?
Yes. We operate on a mandate-based model. That means we only work with serious clients who sign an intent or service agreement. No casual scouting.

6. Can I directly contact the builder after a site visit through you?
No. Once we initiate the process, Dhyaan remains your single point of contact. Any attempt to bypass will lead to a breach of terms, and fees will still be applicable.

7. How soon can you close a deal?
If your requirement is clear and budget aligned, we can close deals in 7–15 working days depending on builder response time and paperwork.

8. Do you assist with documentation and registration?
Yes, we offer end-to-end assistance—including LOI, agreement draft review, stamp duty guidance, and registration appointments. Charges for this are billed separately.

9. Do you offer property previews online?
Yes. We provide VR walkthroughs, drone shots, and curated digital presentations—so you only visit what’s worth your time.
